1. This is a limited period promotional Offer ("Offer") being executed by Zepto and sponsored by ITC Foods Limited (“ITC Limited”) and made available on the mobile application/ website of Zepto Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Offer Partner").
2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the https://www.zeptonow.com/terms-of-service, Terms of Use and https://www.zeptonow.com/privacy-policy, Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the Platform. To the extent the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
4. This Offer shall run from 12^th December 2025 to 15^th December 2025 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Period") unless prematurely revoked by Zepto(“Offer Partner”) or ITC Limited at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
6. Eligibility Conditions:
   The Eligibility criteria for participation in this offer is:
   -Customer needs to be a natural person;
   -Customer should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
   -Customer should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the offer/campaign;
   -Customer shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
   -Customer must hold a valid PAN card issued under the provisions of the Income-Tax Act, 1961.
   -As this Offer is valid only on Rs. 20 MRP of Bingo! Mad Angles stocks of ITC Limited (“Bingo! Mad Angles”) branded product (“Product(s)”) in a single bill within the period from the Offer Partner, Customer is required to add the product in their “Cart” on the Offer Partner’s online platform and apply the Promo Code (“MADFORPEACE”).

- This Offer is only valid once per account and only on one Rs. 20 MRP packet of Bingo! Mad Angles product (any variant)
-This Offer is valid in all states & union territories of India

1. Prize:
   -During the Offer Period, any Customer who fulfils the eligibility criteria of adding one Bingo! Mad Angles Rs. 20 packet to their cart in a single bill from the Platform and apply the promo code correctly will be eligible for getting the packet for Free

-The offer is applicable regardless of the number of items in the customers “Cart”, including if the Cart only contains 1 packet of Rs. 20 Bingo! Mad Angles

-The customer is liable to pay the delivery, platform fees and any other standard fees as applicable by the Offer Partner when they place the order

-Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Products which are returned or refunded by the Eligible Customer or if the order for such Products are cancelled by the Eligible Customer.

1. Steps for Availing the Offer:

   During the Offer Period, in order to receive a free packet of Rs. 20 Bingo! Mad Angles a customer must:

·       Add one Bingo! Mad Angles Rs. 20 packet to their cart in on the Offer Partner platform (“Eligible Customers”).

·       Visit their cart on the Offer Platform and apply the Promo Code “MADFORPEACE”

·       The customer must complete the entire order process on the customer platform

·       The customer is liable to pay the delivery, platform fees and any other standard fees as applicable by the Offer Partner when they place the order

·       In order to add Bingo! Mad Angles to their cart, customer can use any of the following methods:

o   Visit the Bingo! Brand Page on the Offer Platform and add Bingo! Mad Angles packet to their cart OR

o   Click on the advertising message on the Meta/YouTube platform, whereupon they will be redirected to the Bingo! Brand Page on the Offer Platform OR

o   “Search” for the product listing Bingo! Mad Angles on the Offer Platform OR

o   Navigate to the product listing on the Offer Platform via the category as follows:

1.      Clicking on the “Categories” tab on the Offer Platform

2.     Click on the “Munchies” Category Section

3.     Click on the “Chips & Crisps” Subcategory section

4.    Navigate to the product listing of any MRP Rs. 20 Bingo! Mad Angles and add it to their cart

- Upon completing all the steps, one free packet of Bingo! Mad Angles Rs. 20 will be delivered to the Customer from Zepto’s side

1. You hereby provide your consent to the Offer Partner to share your contact details (“Information”) with ITC Limited on availing the offer
2. You may only avail this Offer if you (a) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Platform; and (b) have a billing address in India, except in the state of Tamil Nadu as per the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes Prohibition Act, 1979.
3. The Offer Partner and ITC Limited reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
4. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Offer Partner or ITC Limited.
5. The merchandise/prizes can neither be sold nor encashed or exchanged for any other products.
6. The Customer agrees that this Offer is enabled by Offer Partner on ITC Limited Products. The Customer agrees that ITC Limited and the Offer Partner shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. The Customer also agrees that ITC Limited and the Offer Partner shall not be responsible for any issues pertaining to the Offer (whether during or after the Offer) and Customer shall not raise any claim of any nature whatsoever against ITC Limited, Offer Partner and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, sponsor and/or subsidiaries related to this Offer.
7. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that all rights, titles, and interests, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the promotional materials, Offer-related materials belong to ITC Limited.
8. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bengaluru shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
9. For any query regarding this offer, consumer may raise a query through the “Help Center” section on Offer Partner app. Offer Partner will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the products associated with this offer from any Customer/persons.
10. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable. The winners shall be required to share their KYC details including PAN, address and other details as may be required by the Offer Partner for the purpose of facilitating the distribution of prizes.
11. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
12. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and expressly agree that: (a) Offer Partner and its directors will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; (b) Offer Partner and its directors will not be liable for theft, loss or misuse of the information.
13. Prizes are sponsored by ITC Foods Limited but the winners will be selected basis a lucky draw at the sole discretion of the Offer Partner. Offer Partner’s decision regarding the selection of winners and all matters related to the Offer shall be final and binding. Customer also agrees that Offer Partner shall not be responsible for any claim of any nature whatsoever against Offer Partner and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, sponsor and/or subsidiaries related to the delivery, receipt, non receipt or usage of prize.
