Please read the terms and conditions (T&Cs) before participating in the Contest (defined hereinafter).
You agree that by participating in the Contest, you will be bound by these Terms and conditions (also “T&Cs”) and You acknowledge that You satisfy all contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is the participant in the Contest.
Persons participating in the Contest shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
1. Scope of Contest:
a. This is a limited period contest (hereinafter referred to as "Contest”) sponsored and launched by ITC Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “ITC” or “Company”) for its ITC Bingo! product(s) (“Product(s)”). The Product covered under the Contest is “Bingo! Mad Angles”.
b. Participants shall have to visit the Campaign Post (Posts/Reels pertaining to Bingo! Mad Angles “Match Mmmmmadness” advertisement) on The Bingo! Mad Angles Instagram Page and comment their funny answers as per the contest. A participant’s comment to the Contest Post will be such Participant’s Contest entry (“Entry”). Purchase of Bingo! Mad Angles is not required to participate in this Contest.
c. ), and by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CISPL”) who shall be responsible for communication with the Winner(s) and disbursement of the Prizes to the respective Winners. TONIC, Untitled and CISPL shall together be referred as Contest Managers.
2. Eligibility and Contest:
a. This Contest is open for all Indian citizens residing in India who (i) are eligible to enter into a contract under the laws of India; and (ii) are of age eighteen (18) years and above on the date of participating in the Contest; and (iii) hold a valid Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport or Voter ID Card.
b. The Contest is open to all persons mentioned above in Clause 2(a) with the exception of employees of ITC, TONIC, and CISPL, their immediate family members (i.e., employees’ spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and either entity’s affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter or participate in the Contest.
c. This Contest is open to all the states of India.
d. Only Indian Nationals holding valid PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT or VOTER ID CARD for verification purpose shall be entitled to participate under this Contest.
3. Contest Period & Contest Timings:
a. The Contest is valid only in India for a limited period of 14 days starting from 11.05.2026 at 00:00:01 a.m. to 24.05.2026 at 23:59:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period"). ITC reserves right to cancel/reduce/amend/extend/modify the Contest Period at its absolute discretion without giving any notice/intimation to the Participants and without any liability, without assigning any reason whatsoever. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
4. How to Participate:
a. Step 1: Any Participant who desires to participate, can visit the relevant post (“contest Post”) as posted on Instagram by the Brandon the “Bingo! Mad Angles” Instagram Page (“Brand Page”/ Brand’s Instagram Page) or click on the link served on the Meta advertisement, which will redirect them to the aforementioned Contest Post on Instagram. The official “Mad Angles” page and/or handle on which the Contest Post will be posted is as follows:

b. Step 3: Participant will have to comment/Entry on the Campaign Post from their Instagram Handle. By commenting on the Contest Post, a person is deemed to have agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is deemed by ITC and the Contest Managers that a person has decided to comment on the Contest Post and submit his Entry for the purpose of participation in the Contest after reading these T&Cs and being in full knowledge of their content.
c. The comment should be a creative or funny answer or statement which is relevant to the “Match Madness” theme of the campaign.

By participating in this Contest, the Participant(s)/Winner(s) agree and undertake to be unconditionally bound by these T&Cs, and the ‘terms of use’, ‘privacy policy’ and such other policies of Instagram. It is further clarified that Instagram reserves the sole and exclusive right to make any amendments to its terms and conditions from time to time, at its discretion, and the Participant/Winner shall be responsible for checking the same without seeking any recourse from ITC. Any content/comment/reply/post/entry uploaded in any other format other than that prescribed by such Instagram will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from the Contest without any prior intimation by ITC.
4A. Valid Entry:
Necessary Terms for a valid entry: As determined by ITC, in its sole discretion, all entries must meet the following guidelines:
· All entries submitted must comply with these Terms & Conditions and any Terms of Use of the Contest Platform;
Further, any entry,
· Cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity;
· Cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
· Cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
· Cannot promote terrorist acts such as providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other such weapons or provide instructional information about illegal activities;
· Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about CISPL, Untitled, TONIC, or ITC Limited, their customers or their products, or other people, products or companies;
· Cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others (except ITC Limited’s trademarks, logos or trade dress of the Product), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (except the current Product as marketed by ITC), without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
· Must be original and cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art, stills, or images published on or in television, movies, the Internet or other media, except such materials owned by ITC Limited) without permission and cannot be plagiarized from any source;
· Cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which ITC Limited, Untitled, TONIC, or CISPL wishes to associate;
· Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.
If an entry does not meet the necessary terms provided herein, it shall stand automatically disqualified. Further, ITC may take an action against any entry that is illegal, dangerous or fraudulent in nature.
5. Prizes:
a. For the purpose of this Contest:
i. “Winners” means Participants who have won any of the prizes. All Winners will be selected basis the most creative comment entries posted to Instagram as part of the contest. A total of 50 Winners would be selected as part of the Contest.
ii. “Prize(s)” means the Prize(s) won by Participant(s), details of which are elaborated in Section b (i), (ii) below.
iii. “Participants” means the consumers participating in the Contest, and shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
b. Prize & Rewards:
i. “Prize” means a Bingo! Mad Angles branded Gift Hamper which will be awarded to 49 winners for the Contest Period, in accordance with terms hereof. The Winner would be the Participant who has completed the participation in the Contest and fulfill all eligibility criteria laid off herein in the terms and conditions, in the Contest Period.
c. Participants to take note of the following terms with respect to the Contest:
i. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the Winner does not accept/claim the Prize in the time and manner stipulated in the Instagram Message that is sent confirming the reward then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and for avoidance of doubt, cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash. This will include all cases covered in Clause 12 below.
6. Winner Selection:
a. Winners for Reward will be selected based on the creativity, uniqueness and humour content of the Entry posted by the Participant. Winners shall be chosen from a pool of eligible and valid Entries in the manner, described in Section 5 ITC, Untitled, or TONIC reserves the right to not declare the Winners for a particular category. .

c. The Winner shall be responsible to comply with the registration process, related formalities, and production of any /all such documents/information as may be required by the Company and the CISPL or authorities in connection with the Prize.
d. The PAN card, Passport, or Voters ID will be the documents based on which the verification will be done by CISPL if necessary.
e. A Participant who has won a Prize will not be eligible to win any other Prizes during the Contest period.
f. The list of Prize Winners will be published on www.bingosnacks.com by 15/06/2026. The Prize Winners will be contacted by ITC on Instagram wherein ITC will try to contact the Winner by messaging them on Instagram. The Winner may be required to provide certain other information such as name, mobile number, email ID, address and other details. . Winners will be contacted on the same account on Instagram through which he has commented on the Contest Post and given his Entry. If a Winner does not respond within 8 hours of being contacted on Instagram, then his participation in the Contest by ITC shall be disregarded and he shall not be entitled to any Prizes.
7. Contacting Winners:
a. If the Participant is selected as a Winner, will be contacted on the Instagram Account they have used to participate in the Contest, for their dispatch address. The Prize will be directly dispatched to them post getting their address. The dispatch will be done by CISPL.
b. Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 24 hours of initial contact by CISPL to be eligible for the Prize. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:
Copy of the following being a valid Government issued ID proof and Address proof and PAN Card for identification, verification and TDS purposes only.
c. No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is not factually correct.
d. In the event of death of a confirmed Winner, no nominees or heirs or any other person shall be eligible to the Prize and no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the confirmed Winner or any other person shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.
e. The Prize will be directly dispatched on the address provided to CISPL by the Winner when contacted by CISPL.
f. CISPL will send an intimation through e-mail/SMS when the Prizes are dispatched to the Winners.
g. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 (seven) days from the time of dispatch (intimated through e-mail/SMS) of the products by CISPL.
h. For any Prize delivered via courier, as a practice, courier companies try to deliver the said prize 2 (two) times to the customer. If at the first instance the courier company is unable to reach the customer for various of reasons such as (not limiting to): the customer not being present at home, having his/ her phone switched off, has changed his/her delivery address, has provided a wrong delivery address etc., the courier company will try to contact the Winner one more time. If the product is returned in such cases, CISPL will not be liable to dispatch the Prize again.
i. CISPL will ensure to supply the Prizes in good condition, However, CISPL & ITC shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
j. No request for change in color, size, model etc. will be entertained by CISPL or ITC.
8. Terms and Conditions: Prize

9. Publicity:
a. By participating in the Contest, all Participants agree that ITC shall be at liberty to use the Participant’s name and/or photo and/or video and/or entry and that may appear in any advertisements/promotions/media coverage or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in the future, without any consideration to the Participant and/or the Winners. No fees or other sums are to be paid to the Participants or Winners on account taking part in the aforementioned advertisements / promotions and they shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
10. Intellectual Property:
a. . ITC or any person or entity permitted by ITC in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the Entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
b. All material submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to ITC upon submission and become the property of ITC exclusively. ITC may use the material in any medium in any manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of ITC.
Processing of Information
a. By sharing their personal information with Contest Managers, the Participants consent to collection, storing, processing and use of personal information i.e., name, address, mobile phone number by CISPL and sharing the same with ITC and its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors and other third parties. Personal information given by the Participants shall be used to deliver Prizes by CISPL and for promotional activities by ITC, its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors. .
b. The Participants have an option of not providing the personal information as required under this Contest. The Participants also have an option to withdraw their consent in relation to usage of personal information during the Term of the Contest. In such cases, the Entry of the Participant shall not be considered and Participant shall not be eligible for the Prize. The Participants may reach out to itccares@itc.in for such withdrawals.
c. By participating in this Contest, the Participants acknowledge and consent to transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information by CISPL and ITC to any third party authorized by ITC for providing services in relation to this Contest.

11. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
a. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India.
b. ITC reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time or modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, at any time in its absolute discretion, without advance notice and/or assigning any reason thereof and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. The decision of ITC on matters related to Contest will be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
c. . No communication in the regard will be entertained.
d. ITC shall not be responsible for any outage in the network services during the Contest Period.
e. ITC shall not be held liable if the Participants do not have mobile phones that support the Contest.
f. ITC, Untitled, TONIC and the CISPL shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages
ii. For the operator code (the code from which the SMS is received) not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
iii. For any SMS message delivery failures
iv. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
v. If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign/contests. The Participant putting a missed call under the terms of this Contest is express consent on the part of Participant to exempt ITC and CISPL from DND restriction imposed by the relevant Participant.
vi. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
g. . Consumers who have won any Prizes under the Contest will be contacted by the CISPL for collection of further details to ensure delivery of the Prize and such Prize shall only be dispatched if the necessary information as requested for by CISPL have been provided. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any errors in such information provided.
12. General Conditions
a. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest, the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
b. By participating in the Contest, Participant warrants and represents that the entry:
i. is the Participant’s original work,
ii. has not been previously published,
iii. has not won previous awards, (d) does not infringe upon the copyright, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity;
iv. The Participant will indemnify and hold harmless, ITC, Untitled, TONIC, and CISPL from any claims to the contrary. Any Participant whose work includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the Participant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including CISPL’s use of such Entry, in a form satisfactory to administrator, upon request, prior to awarding of prize.
c. . Participants may be contacted by CISPL for collection of further details to ensure delivery of the Prize and such Prize shall only be provided if the necessary information as requested for by CISPL has been provided. The participant shall be solely responsible for any errors in such information provided. You agree that for the purpose of processing any Prize, the CISPL may need to collect personal and/or sensitive personal information (“Personal Information”) from the Participant to ensure delivery of the relevant Prize. Such Personal Information shall be used and processed in accordance with provisions set out in Section 11 above. Participants eligible for a Prize give their consent to the collection, use and processing of such Personal Information upon sending the Missed Call/Website to the nominated number/weblink on the Product pack.

m. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Contest or the Contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Contest form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Contest.

p. Validity of Prize cannot be extended, or new Prize cannot be provided against the expired/unused vouchers.

CISPL shall provide the Prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and ITC. and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any Prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.
r. Only Indian Nationals holding valid PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT or VOTER ID CARD for verification purpose shall be entitled to participate under this Contest.
s. Gift Tax including TDS will be borne in accordance to the applicable Income Tax regulations. Following the winner announcement, the Winner must pay the applicable TDS amount on rewards exceeding Rs. 10,000/- to CISPL via bank transfer, demand draft, or cheque. Winners will be communicated the TDS amount and the TDS date applicable to their winning. The Prize will be dispatched only upon receipt of the said TDS amount. If the required TDS amount is not deposited to by the TDS date, the Winner will lose his entitlement to receive the Prize. Copy of the challan of the TDS deposited to the Income Tax Department (‘TDS certificate’) will be provided to the Winner in due course as per the applicable law.
t. Any queries pertaining to the Contest, delivery of Prizes will not be entertained done during public holidays and bank holidays.
u. Only one registration in the Contest will be entertained per person (i.e., per person, one comments (Entry) will be allowed only). Even though multiple entries to the Contest i.e., multiple participations by the same person is allowed, one Participant is eligible to win one Prize only.

w. Under this promotion, the Prizes are being offered directly by CISPL. ITC is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to the dispatch of the Prize offered in this Contest.
x. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of ITC or CISPL, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, ITC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

13. Release and Limitations of Liability:
a. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Each Participant is deemed to have released Instagram from any claims and liabilities that may specifically arise in relation to their participation in this Contest by accepting these Terms and Conditions.

c. ITC, Untitled, TONIC, and/or CISPL accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, CISPL or third parties in relation to the Prizes.
d. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Contest by conducting an illegal act. .

14. Dispute
a. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or ITC and/or Untitled and/or CISPL and/or TONIC, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. . Participation in the Contest is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
15. Sponsor
a. ITC Ltd is a sponsor for the Contest and its Prizes and its liability as sponsor shall be limited to funding of the Prizes set out in these T&Cs (subject to all terms and conditions mentioned herein). .
