Contest Period:

The Contest will be live from 17th May 2025 to 17th June 2025 (both dates inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Eligibility:

The Contest is open to individuals who: 
  - Are 18 years of age or older as of the start date 
  - Are residents of India 
- Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate:

- Participants can submit their entries via: 
  - The official Contest Microsite, or 
  - The dedicated WhatsApp Bot 
- Each entry must: 
  - Be a vertical video featuring the participant performing the Jinjja Dance Challenge 
  - Use the original Jinjja audio track from the campaign 
- Participants may submit multiple entries during the contest period; however, only one prize can be awarded per individual.

Submission Guidelines

- Entries must be original and created solely by the participant. 
- By submitting, participants grant ITC Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the entry for promotional purposes. 
- Inappropriate, obscene, or offensive content will lead to immediate disqualification at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Winner Selection & Prizes:

- Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, uniqueness, and humour of their submitted video. 
- All judgments will be made at the sole discretion of ITC Limited or its partner agency STVPL, and their decision will be final and binding. 
- From the pool of valid entries, one winner will be selected to receive a fully-sponsored trip to Korea. 
- Additional shortlists, honorable mentions, or social media spotlights may be issued at the Organizer’s discretion.

Announcement and Fulfilment:

- Winners will be notified via the platform (WhatsApp or email) through which they submitted their entry. 
- Details regarding the prize fulfillment (travel, documentation, etc.) will be communicated directly to the selected winner.

Disclaimers & Disqualifications:

- ITC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found using unfair means or submitting fraudulent/incomplete entries. 
- Entries that infringe upon third-party rights or violate platform community guidelines will be removed and disqualified. 
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Contest without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Platform Independence

- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or any third-party platform.

Data Use:

- Personal data collected during participation will be used solely for administration of the contest and for contacting winners. 
- By entering, participants consent to ITC’s use of submitted content and personal information as described above.

 Governing Law
